Letter to Me(Age 14)

Hey Fast-Ass,

During this age in your life, you're gonna go over and through a lot of emotional roller coasters. You're gonna find yourself going through phases you never knew existed such as "the crazy in love" phase (Beyonce Style), "the dress-to-impress" phase (Give it up for the next Tyra Banks), and "the Ms. Know-it-All" phase (I wish I knew as much as Condoleeza Rice---5 languages is a lot of crap to remember!!!). I'm writing you this letter to tell you to slow it down. Why are you so eagerto get grown and leave your mom's house? I know you're tired of the fussin' and cussin' that she does every day, but you'll eventually learn that it's for a good cause. I know you enjoy going to school and participating in every activity thatyou could possibly can, but do realize, you only get these bright memories once. Once you leave high school, there's no turning back to being a teenager again. Of course I know you have a "Mr. Right" (he's actually a "Mr. I Wanna Get In Your Pants") in your life right now, but all of that can wait because you have you whole life ahead of you right now. You can't afford to lose everything good taht you have going for yourself.
I remember at the age of 12, you asked yourself what was really your goal in life. You had the most highest dreams of wanting to be a doctor. So, believe in yourself and be not discoraged.

The one that loves you most,
YOURSELF

I like your "phases," although I'm not sure how Condoleza Rice or anyone else manages five languages.

Good letter. Read it to yourself often.
